• the classification of an employer to a particular class of industry
• the imposition of a fine
• the granting of a remission of levy or imposition of a supplementary levy (bonus or penalty)
• the imposition or variation of a condition that may lead to the imposition of a supplementary levy
• instances where the employer affected by the particular decision and considers that decision to be unreasonable.
