Return to Work Symposium

The RTW Symposium was held on 2 October 2008 and was designed to bring WorkCoverSA’s key stakeholders together to generate ideas for improving return to work. 

The six objectives of the RTW fund were discussed, with the ideas generated at the symposium being the first stage in creating initiatives that may be funded by the RTW Fund.

Stakeholders involved in the symposium included:

• Injured workers and their representatives
• Employees and their representatives
• Employers and their representatives
• Case managers
  
• Rehabilitation and health providers
